Delete your Kova account

How to request deletion

1. Use the account deletion option in the Kova app, if you can sign in.
2. Or email us from the address associated with your account at support@eleverasoftware.com with the subject “Kova account deletion request.”

What happens next

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request. We will delete your account and associated data, except for information we need to retain for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, backups, or legal obligations.
