Terms of Use

By accessing or using Kova, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Kova.

Kova is intended for adults 18 and older. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding agreement to use Kova. If you use Kova on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

Kova may offer paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to purchase, and billing is handled by the applicable store under that store's terms.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple App Store or Google Play account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

If Kova offers a free trial, the trial terms will be shown in the App Store, Google Play, or in the app. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may begin automatically and your store account may be charged.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the Kova app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Refund requests for purchases are handled by the store that processed the purchase and are subject to that store's refund policies.

Kova provides fitness and workout-planning information only. Kova is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, injury prevention, or personal training from a qualified professional.

Consult a qualified professional before starting exercise if you have a medical condition, injury, concern, or are unsure whether strength training is appropriate for you. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.

You are responsible for using proper technique, choosing appropriate loads, warming up, training safely, and stopping exercise if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.

You agree not to misuse Kova, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, upload harmful content, or use Kova in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Kova, including its design, software, text, graphics, branding, and other content, is owned by Elevera Software LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Kova to you.

If you downloaded Kova from the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for Kova or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for Kova. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you as related to your use of Kova.

If you downloaded Kova from Google Play, your download, purchase, and use of Google Play services may also be subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Kova is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevera Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage arising from or related to your use of Kova.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of Kova after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
