Privacy Policy

We may collect information you provide when you create an account or use Kova, such as your email address, account settings, workout plans, training history, goals, preferences, and other information used to personalize your program.

We may also collect device and usage information, including device type, operating system, app version, app-instance or device identifiers, feature interactions, crash reports, and performance data. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple or Google and managed with RevenueCat; we receive the information needed to manage your subscription and provide support.

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve Kova; personalize training plans and progression; manage accounts and subscriptions; respond to support requests; keep the app reliable and secure; and understand how people use the app.

Kova uses analytics and crash-reporting tools, including Google Firebase, to understand app usage, improve performance, and diagnose problems.

We also work with advertising and attribution partners, including Meta and RevenueCat, to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns and understand app installs and subscription conversions. These partners receive the identifiers and conversion information needed for those purposes.

On iOS, we may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing the advertising identifier. You can decline or change your preference at any time in your device settings and still use Kova’s core features.

We share information with trusted service providers and partners that help us operate Kova, including providers for authentication, subscriptions, analytics, crash reporting, infrastructure, customer support, advertising measurement, and attribution. These providers process information as needed to provide their services and under their own privacy policies where applicable.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Kova, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information for analytics and research.

You may request account deletion or data deletion through Kova’s in-app account-deletion option or through our account deletion page. We may need to verify your request before deleting account information.

Some transaction, security, backup, or legal records may be retained when required by law or for legitimate business needs.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at support@eleverasoftware.com. We may need to verify your request and may limit or decline requests as permitted by law.

Kova is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in Kova, our practices, or applicable law. We will post the updated policy here and revise the date above. If a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required by law.
